Hippolyte Milet-Likhachev is a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Science at Temple University (Philadelphia, PA). His research focuses on the industrial policies and security strategies of the United States and the European Union. He previously attended the Lyon Institute of Political Studies (Lyon, France), Georgetown University (Washington, DC), and Charles University (Prague, Czechia), and spent a semester in Tokyo, Japan on a research leave.
