The Economics Department is excited to welcome two new faculty members this Fall, Dr. Jack Liang and Dr. Samuel Solomon, who join the department after completing their Ph.D. in Economics at Yale University. Dr. Liang specializes in trade, spatial and macroeconomics, while Dr. Solomon’s research in labor economics explores the drivers of occupational choice and the dynamics of global white-collar labor markets.
