Marta Vicarelli is Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has a joint appointment in the School of Public Policy and in the Department of Economics. Her research focuses on topics in Environmental Economics. She is currently leading a group of researchers from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Indiana University in a study investigating the impacts of COVID-19 and its socioeconomic fallout on US households.
