Sarah Aukamp is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Criminal Justice at Temple University. Aukamp earned her Bachelor's in Political Science from Guilford College and Masters of Public Policy from the College of William & Mary. Before coming to Temple, Aukamp worked at the Urban Institute in the Justice Policy center where her research focused on institutional corrections, juvenile justice, human trafficking, pre-trial populations, community supervision, and criminal case processing. Her current interests include youth justice, corrections, and community reentry.
