Paul Mrstik is a Ph.D. student in Hispanic Linguistics at Temple University. His research interests include second language acquisition, technology-enhanced language learning (TELL), intra-formal learning environments, and multilingualism. He is particularly focused on how streaming media and digital tools shape learner engagement and identity in online and hybrid language classrooms.

Paul teaches introductory Spanish courses at Temple and also works as an online ESL instructor. He previously served as a language assistant in Spain and was selected as a Summer Research Scholar at Temple, where he contributed to a project on instructional models for teaching mood in Spanish. His work bridges applied linguistics, digital pedagogy, and accessibility in language education.
