Matt Lynch is a PhD student in Temple University’s History Department. He focuses on collective/historical/community memory, museums, and the American Gilded Age as well as Progressive Era (ca. 1865-1930). He worked in the non-profit field before starting at Temple University, including museums and advocacy organizations. These included institutions like AARP, the President Woodrow Wilson House, the Thomas Jefferson Foundation at Monticello, George Eastman Museum, and Slate Valley Museum.
