Biography

For the past 20 years, Dr. Hiller has been faculty in the Department of Criminal Justice focused on research methodology, criminal justice policy, and forensic psychology. He has published more than 70 articles in peer-reviewed journals and has several scholarly book chapters, the most recent of which came out in 2023 in the The History and Future of Correctional Psychology. His most recent projects were the National Juvenile Drug Court Guidelines Cross-site Protocol and a process and outcome evaluation of a federal mental health court.
