Tom McKeon’s research focuses on the intersection of GIScience, environmental health, and climate justice. He is interested in assessing the risk of emerging public health issues around toxic environmental exposures faced by vulnerable communities in areas projected to experience significant flooding due to climate change. Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from Rutgers University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to attending Temple University, Tom has worked with spatial information for public health research at both the academic and governmental levels.
