Robert D. Moreno is a Ph.D. candidate in political science at Temple University, specializing in American politics and Comparative politics. He earned his Associate Degree from College of the Desert and his Bachelor's Degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

His main research interest revolve around Race and Ethnic Politics, with an emphasis on political behavior and voting behavior of Latino Americans in the United States. In addition to this, his other research interests include religion and politics, public policy, and state/national politics.
