Kevin Anglade is a scholar, writer, musician, and educator from Queens, New York. His research interests are centered upon Afrocentric Education, African American Culture, & African Worldview. Anglade holds both B.A. & M.A. degrees in English from the City University of New York (CUNY Brooklyn & CUNY Queens). As an educator, Anglade taught English Language Arts in Hartford Public Schools as a 2017 Teach For America Connecticut Corps Member. He is a third year PhD student in the Department of Africology & African American Studies at Temple University.
