Jesse is a third year PhD student originally from Allentown, PA. He received his BA in Criminal Justice at Temple University in 2014. Previously he worked as a caseworker for people with developmental disabilities in Philadelphia, and as a Research Assistant for Rutgers University. His current research interests are in criminal and juvenile justice policy. Specifically, looking at juvenile justice policy through the lens of adolescent development.
