I'm a PhD student in the Geography and Urban Studies department at Temple University. My current research interest is rural planning as a conservation tool. I have a Master's degree in Science from Instituto de Ecologia A.C (INECOL) Xalapa, Mexico; and a background in Biology from Universidad del Quindio, Colombia. I have experience in the formulation and development of wildlife conservation and management projects, focused on connectivity and conservation within fragmented landscapes. I have used different species of medium and large mammals as biological models. My hobby is scientific illustration.
