Biography
Tara Woody is an Associate at Partners for Public Good supporting cities in procurement innovation. Prior to joining Partners for Public Good, she led the City's innovation portfolio that included programs such as innovation grant programs, design thinking training, and internal consulting to support innovation and creativity in government. In her city government work, Tara managed the development of Safe Routes Philly (Philadelphia's transportation safety education program) and Philadelphia's first Permit Navigator tool in her previous roles with the City. Before her time in local government, Tara managed grant programs for civic education after several years of teaching civics and history to high school and middle schools students.
Tara holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, both from Temple University.
