Curriculum Vitae  

Piper Kroll is a first-year doctoral student at Temple University. She earned a BA in Psychology, with minors in Criminal Justice and Studio Art, from the University of South Carolina in 2025. At USC, she received the M. Kershaw Walsh Award for Academic Achievement. 

In her undergraduate career, she assisted with research analyzing civil protection orders and victim advocates. She also participated in a summer research program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she contributed to the evaluation of a culturally-grounded Lakota-led mentorship program aimed to prevent and improve substance abuse. 

Her current research interests include community reentry and biopsychosocial outcomes associated with criminal justice system contact.
