Gail Kehan Liu (she/her) researches Asian American cultural production, particularly literature. She is interested in the intersections of U.S. economic, political, and foreign policy and Asian American cultural production. Her research examines how cultural production can intervene in policy and how it can be mobilized in the pursuit of social justice.
