Biography
Charles Goldhaber's research focuses on skepticism and its history, especially in the early modern period. He writes on figures such as Hume, Kant, and Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz. He also writes about early modern feminism, the role of philosophy in living well, and the intersection of epistemology and philosophy of perception.
Before joining Temple, Goldhaber taught and researched the University of Florida, Princeton University, and Haverford College. He received his PhD from University of Pittsburgh and BA from UC Berkeley.
