Biography

Brittan Hallar currently serves as the Chief of Performance Management & Technology for the Department of Human Services for the City of Philadelphia. Brittan has over 15 years of combined government and non-profit expertise and has a strong commitment and track record of supporting the development of
research, evaluation, and information technology processes to improve outcomes
for children and families.
