Mollie Ducoste is a current PhD student in the Department of Criminal Justice at Temple University with a keen interest in community-based crime prevention strategies, program evaluation, and community engagement in research partnerships.  She has experience teaching a range of undergraduate courses including criminal courts, criminal behavior, criminological theory, and professional development.  In her academic career, she has contributed to research projects ranging from adversarial behavior in cyberattacks, street-level police proactivity, and community-led alternatives to violence.  She also works as a business development consultant for small nonprofits across Philadelphia.  A native of Raleigh, NC, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Hampton University in 2017 and her Master of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2019.
