I am a PhD student in the Department of Philosophy at Temple University.

I am interested in thought and its object—its will and capacity to receive, determine, and constitute. I pursue this question in Greek philosophy, German Idealism and Romanticism, Heidegger, and Adorno. In particular, I am interested in the triangulation of nature, history, and thinking.

I am also interested in aesthetics and philosophy of art, especially how artworks can be the expression and anticipation of a concrete social truth precisely by being autonomous.

I studied at The New School for Social Research, School of Visual Arts, and Peking University.
