I am a Ph.D. candidate in political science at Temple University, specializing in comparative politics and international relations. I earned my M.A. in political science from Temple University and my B.A. from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

My research interests revolve around questions of state capacity, state knowledge, politics of the bureaucracy, and state-society relations, with a regional focus on Latin America. I apply a mixed-method approach in my work, combining interviews, ethnography, case studies, and natural experiments.
