Biography

I was born and raised in Delco and have lived in Philadelphia since 1992. I attended Gettysburg College / Phillips Universität Marburg (B.A.), Middlebury College (M.A.) and the University of Pennsylvania (Ph.D.). I have taught Intellectual Heritage at Temple since 2000. My disciplinary interests are in German, Theater, Philosophy, and Philosophy of History. My teaching interests lie in General Education, Generative Learning, Dialectical Thinking, and Translingualism.
