Biography

Rob Naborn holds a Ph.D. in History from the VU University Amsterdam and M.A. degrees in Applied Linguistics (ESL) and Historical Linguistics from the University of Kansas and the VU University Amsterdam, respectively. His research interests include the Dutch influence on America after the New Netherland period, historical linguistics, and the teaching of composition. After administrative work at the Intensive English Program (2006-07) and a semester at the Intellectual Heritage Program (2014), Naborn rejoined Temple IH in 2017.
