My name is John-Paul Keblinski, and I am a PhD student in Geography at Temple University.
I have a background in geography and environmental resource management, and I focus on studying renewable energy development in rural areas. As energy transitions continue to accelerate, heritage landscapes and agrarian livelihoods will face new development pressures. My own work aims to contribute to developing planning and governance solutions which can accommodate renewable energy targets while minimizing landscape impacts and avoiding land-use competition with other sectors. I leverage expert interviews, archival work, and GIS techniques in order to further this goal.
