Biography
Dr. Shapiro received her PhD in cognitive psychology from Temple University in 2002, and then completed a Department of Defense postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the Abramson Cancer Center. She served as Research Assistant Professor at Fox Chase Cancer Center, where her research focused on cognitive outcomes of cancer and quality of life. Dr. Shapiro currently teaches Foundations of Cognitive Psychology, Conducting Psychological Research, and Ethics and Ethical Conflicts in Psychological Science.
