Public Policy


Sarah de Wolf currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Deputy Director for Policy and Practice for the City of Philadelphia’s Office of the Director of Finance. Prior to this role, she worked in the City’s Office of Budget and Program Evaluation as a Deputy Budget Director, where she led the implementation of program-based budgeting and was responsible for the creation of the City’s annual five-year financial and strategic plan. She has also served as Director of Performance Management and Quality Improvement in the City’s Department of Public Health and as an analyst in the City’s Office of the Managing Director. She has a master’s degree in Urban Spatial Analysis and a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
