My research revolves around the intersection of food and social change in the Americas. I am currently looking into the ways that urban farms use food/farming as a tool for community mobilization, affective relationship building, and broader social change in post-industrial US cities. I’m also interested in agricultural transitions, social movements, and the politics of decolonization in Latin America.
