Hayley is a first-year PhD student originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania. Hayley received her BAs in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2016 and is a graduate of the Criminal Justice Department's Accelerated Masters Program.
Throughout her graduate and undergraduate studies at Temple University, Hayley worked on several reentry-related research projects, including her own qualitative research project that examined gentrification in Philadelphia and its effects on the reentry processes of the city's residents, funded by the CARAS grant. Hayley has also worked with Drs. Groff and Wood on their research involving body-worn cameras and police technology. Hayley's primary research interests include reentry/reintegration and the geographic context of reentry.
