Schedule Revision Request System
To request a schedule alteration for your department or program, contact Annette McMenamin Bakley and/or Amanda Gibson.
University Scheduling Matrix
To ensure the effective and efficient use of classrooms, a scheduling matrix has been developed for both daytime and night-time class scheduling for undergraduate classes on the Main Campus and on the Ambler Campus. View University Scheduling Matrix .
Room Request Policies and Procedures
Course-Related, Departmental Meetings, Workshops, and Training
Submit room requests no less than 72 hours in advance.
Send classroom requests to Amanda Gibson via email with the following information:
- Date of Event
- Event Title
- Anticipated Attendance
- Technology Needs
Room Choice:
Classroom and Lecture Halls after day hours

Non-Course Related, Weekend, and Other Reservations
Contact Kristen Gola (kristen.gola@temple.edu) and submit the “Special Event Request Form” found on the Classroom Technology Support Site under the “Scheduling Events at Main Campus” section.
Requests from Outside Organizations
If you are a member of an outside community organization, please contact the Office of Community Relations .
Any Temple University employee who requests the University’s permission for a third party to use Temple University property (a room, outdoor space, building, walkway, etc.) for any activity whatsoever (for example, a seminar, flea market, concert, or social event) must complete the Temple University’s Facilities Use Agreement form . Please refer to the University Counsel’s webpage for instructions on completing this form.
