May 2016 Graduates

Final Transcript & Diploma

If, upon examination of your academic history, it is determined that you have not met the requirements for your degree, you will be notified via email. 

If your degree is awarded and there are no holds on your student record, your diploma will be mailed to the address listed on your graduation application. It will take approximately eight weeks after the degree has been awarded to receive your diploma.

University Commencement and the College of Liberal Arts May Graduation Ceremonies

The 129th Commencement ceremony will take place on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 10 a.m. The general Commencement Ceremony is approximately 90 minutes.

The College of Liberal Arts Baccalaureate Graduation Ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 5 at 4:30pm in the Liacouras Center. Students must arrive in full academic regalia at 3:30 p.m. at the loading dock on the left side of the Liacouras Center.  College of Liberal Arts staff will provide instruction on the ceremony procedures at check-in. Tickets are not required for the college's graduation ceremony.

July 2016 Graduates

If you are planning to graduate in July 2016, you must apply for graduation through Self Service Banner. Please follow the steps below:

• Log into TUportal

• Under TUApplications select Self Service Banner

• Click the “Student” tab

• Select “Student Records”

• Select “Apply To Graduate”
