Anthropology - Track: Human Biology - BA

The human biology track offers a unique perspective on the genomic, environmental and behavioral basis of human variability for students interested in careers in health care. Our graduates have successfully completed post-graduate training in a variety of health care fields, including medicine, dentistry, physician’s assistant, nursing, physical therapy, optometry, and podiatry. Human biology students take courses in biological anthropology, along with required courses in biology, and course options in biology, kinesiology, public health, and sociology. This program is designed to provide our students with a solid academic foundation, the diversified background and the critical reading/writing skills that health science professional schools require.
